1. General conditions
The use of this website and any services provided by Syrcsym is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using the Store or making purchases, you agree to these rules.
2. Order Cancellation
Syrcsym Store reserves the right to cancel orders that do not conform to the fair price of the products sold or that present inconsistencies, including, for example: invalid coupons, products without a price, out of stock at the time of purchase, and other similar situations.
In these cases, the order may be canceled and the amount paid will be refunded, according to the payment method used.
Syrcsym Store also reserves the right not to recognize purchases made on fraudulent websites.
3. Exchanges and returns
The request for exchange or return must be made within 7 (seven) days of receiving the product, via email to support@syrcsym.com .
Items must be returned in the exact condition in which they were received. Exchanges/returns of opened and/or used products will not be accepted.
4. Return conditions
The merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. The packaging must be preserved in perfect condition, without damage or tampering. The product must not have been used.
• Product not as ordered (please inform us on the same day of receipt)
• Product with a technical or manufacturing defect
• Withdrawal from the purchase (7-day period, according to Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code)
5. Damaged product
Upon delivery, the customer must immediately refuse any product or packaging that is damaged in transit and contact us by email on the same day of receipt: support@syrcsym.com .
The exchange for another product identical to that described in the invoice will only be processed after the returned product has been received and analyzed. If any discrepancy is found (such as the absence of damage or evidence of misuse), Syrcsym Store may refuse the return and resend the product to the customer with shipping charges to be paid by the customer.
After analysis and confirmation that the conditions are suitable, Syrcsym Store will send a new product to the customer.
6. Product not as ordered.
If the customer notices upon delivery that the ordered product and the product received are different, they should refuse delivery immediately. If the order is accepted, the customer will have up to 24 hours to contact us by email: support@syrcsym.com .
Requests made outside of this timeframe may not be accepted. If no discrepancies, evidence of misuse, or other inconsistencies are found, Syrcsym Store may refuse the return and resend the product to the customer with shipping charges to be paid by the customer.
After analysis and confirmation of the appropriate conditions, Syrcsym Store will send the correct product to the customer.
7. Withdrawal from the purchase
In the event of withdrawal from the purchase, as provided for in Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code (CDC – Law 8.078/1990), limited to purchases made through the online store www.syrcsym.com , the customer may return the merchandise within 7 (seven) calendar days of receipt.
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, i.e., sealed and showing no signs of use. The customer must notify Syrcsym Store by email at support@syrcsym.com .
8. Documentation for return
For individuals: submit the invoice (when applicable) and, if necessary, a purchase statement and the reason for the return.
Legal entity (CNPJ): when applicable, issue a return invoice with the same data as the purchase invoice (product model, tax rates, etc.).
The refund, when applicable, will only be processed after the returned product has been received and its condition analyzed, within the legal timeframes.
9. Analysis period
Syrcsym Store may have up to 30 (thirty) calendar days after the product is delivered to our distribution center to analyze and verify the defect, when applicable.
